I created the ghost raven pebble on December's cold moon. It was a cold day here and as I was painting I was thinking about the Wild Hunt. In some versions the hunt is lead by Odin, who is known for his association with ravens. I thought the ghost raven would accompany the hunt, his cawing resonating with the huntsman's horn. The piercing eyes of the raven picking out those souls that need to be taken to The Otherworld.
