Stoats are a visitor to my smallholding at various times of year, generally on the hunt for rabbits. I'm luck enough to be able to observe them from my windows, often relatively close up. The are amazing animals when you see one pursuing rabbits, many times heavier than they are themselves. They're determined creatures who often wear out the rabbit with relentless pursuit.
